Shipping & Return Policy

 

All delivery orders will be shipped by UPS. 

You will be able to track your package once it goes in transit.

Currently all shipping carriers are experience delays due to the pandemic.We kindly ask you for your patience, and please feel free to reach out to us for any other inquiries.

*We will send you a replacement ONLY if your package does not arrive WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date the shipping label was created. A package is considered DELIVERED if the tracking history shows as delivered on the shipping carrier's website.

*Once the package is shipped, we do not provide returns or exchanges unless any damage is detected on the product(s).
