Our Organic Fig Balsamic Vinegar is made by steeping ripe, organic figs with dark balsamic vinegar, imparting a delicious fruity and integrated figgy flavor while still maintaining a good acidity and sweetness - without being cloyingly sugary or syrupy.

Quick Uses & Ideas:

  • Pair Fig Balsamic vinaigrette with salads including fall fruits such as apples, figs and pears and a sharp green like arugula, with pecorino or goat cheese and prosciutto.
