La Colombe - El Salvador Medium Roast
Sweet, Fruity, Nutty
Why You'll Love it:
On her small 5 acre farm, Maria Victoria has spent the last 10 years perfecting her coffee production process. The result is the highest quality El Salvadorean coffee available, offering an unparalleled sweetness evocative of stone fruit and chocolate confections.
Story of the Bean:
Maria Victoria married into coffee 10 years ago through her husband, who was born into a coffee-growing family. Managing Finca El Escorpión, Maria focuses on the most sensitive aspects of production, drying and processing, to ensure that the coffee's most delicate flavors are fully expressed. Maria's exacting specifications bring us a clean and complex coffee with vivacious fruit flavors balanced by nut and chocolate characteristics.
"If you like chocolate you’ll love this coffee, a stand-out from a region that’s known for its chocolate flavors." - Todd Carmichael, CEO & Co-Founder
